If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

This site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Your Data

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

• - photos and videos of you participating in our camps and activities; and

• - ensure that we can provide and conduct our camps and society in a safe manner;

• - comply with the obligations in the Incorporated Societies Act 2022; and
• - fulfil any other purpose which is authorised by you or is authorised or required by or under law.

We will only disclose your personal information for the following purposes:

• - to our professional advisors (including legal, accountants and insurers) to the extent required for their advice or evaluation about matters relating to us and our activities;
• - to promote and advertise our society and camps (unless you have expressly stated in writing to us that you do not consent to your personal information being disclosed for this purpose);
• - to notify your emergency contact if required;
• - to fulfil any purpose which is authorised by you; or
• - to fulfil any other purpose which we are authorised or required by or under law.

We keep your information safe by storing it in a password protected database which only CAMP3 Management has to access to. If you do not provide the personal information requested, then CAMP3 Snowboarding may not be able to provide its services to you.
