Epic Snowboard Camps

Ride with us in New Zealand
THE WHO
The one-week, all-mountain snowboard camps are for intermediate and advanced riders looking to progress in all-mountain freeride and freestyle environments. The two-week, terrain-specific, snowboard progression camps are for those looking to break through the glass ceiling in specific terrain; from the parks and pipes at Cardrona to the steeps, drops and gullies at TC.
We also have instructor training camps, for certified snowboard instructors aiming to progress onto the higher levels of certification.
THE WHAT
Our two-week progression camps are terrain-focused, meaning the majority of the camp builds skills towards one specific environment, like the park and pipe or a banked slalom. These camps are 8 days over a 12-day window, with approximately 5hrs of coaching per day.
We typically run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (with Wednesday as a weather day, should it be needed).
Video feedback is used a lot during these camps and footage will be made available for riders to take away with them. Our groups have a maximum of six people per group. AND... we have use of the snowsports lift line priority at Cardrona and Treble Cone. Bring on the fast laps!
Note that all members joining camps for the first time in a season are required to fill out two forms; a liability waiver form and an individual details form. The forms can be found here.
THE WHY
NZ is renowned for it's amazing natural terrain and pristine parks, so this is the place to hone your riding efficiency and flow, whilst building the versatility to ride in any snow condition. And because of our access to the snowsports priority lift line, we can maximise your time on-snow!
But the bigger question is; Why CAMP3?
- WE'RE A NON-PROFIT SNOWBOARD CLUB
- WE HAVE DECADES OF EXPERIENCE IN OUR COACHING TEAM
- WE ARE "FOR SNOWBOARDERS; BY SNOWBOARDERS!"
