Overview
This one-week long BYO (Build Your Own) Camp is exactly that, a "build-your-own" week of coaching with one of our top-level trainers. The camp is 4 days long, over a 5 day window, with a flexible day off to suit energy levels and snow/weather conditions.
The BYO Camps are a fully flexible product, with weeks available from 20/07/25 through to 04/09/26. Choose to ride at Cardrona or Treble Cone, and cover any element of in-bounds riding you desire. Get your friends together and create your own unique camp, focusing on anything you want (as long as it's on a snowboard)!
Unlike our other camps, this product is a fixed cost for the week (not per person). We require a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 6 (the cost is the same either way). Only one person needs to be a member of CAMP3 when booking. Please indicate your preferred week within the booking form below.
Ability Levels
The BYO Camps camp can be focused on any level you like, from Novice through to Expert. We recommend that the friends you get together are of a very similar ability to make sure your camp runs smoothly.

Costs & Inclusions
- Camp Cost
- $6250 NZD (total cost, up to 6 people)
- Coaching
- 4 days of all-mountain coaching over a 5 day window, at 5hrs per day.
- Priority Lift Line
- All our NZ camps include priority lift line access through the snowsports lane at Cardrona and Treble Cone.
- Lift Passes
- A discounted CAMP3 season pass can be purchased for $1395 (only available to those attending camps).
Not included: accommodation, flights, domestic travel to Wanaka, insurance (must cover off-piste and park riding) and your snowboard equipment. Lift passes and daily transport are both optional extras, as detailed below.
Lift Pass Add-On
Lift passes: A discounted unlimited season pass is available to any CAMP3 member who joins a camp in the same season for the cost of $1395. Alternatively, a 5-day anytime pass is available to purchase direct from the mountain. All lift passes must be pre-arranged with at least three days notice. Please specify if you require any season passes when booking.
