Clubhouse Madarao is the base location for CAMP3 snowboard camps in Japan. We run 12 weeks of camps from early January to middle of March. Only CAMP3 members stay at the lodge and the vibe is FUN!
For winter 2025-2026, we are expending our lodge team, with some newly converted staff bedrooms and a wider service offering to guests.
Position Vacancies
- Operations Manager
- Working closely with our lodge Admin Manager and CAMP3 Management, this person will be the hands-on manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the lodge.
- Chef
- Working closely with our Operations Manager, the Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day food services; overseeing breakfasts, cooking 3-4 dinners per week, and stock management.
- Bar Person
- Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Bar Person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our small bar, 6 nights a week (3-4hrs per night). This includes ordering stock and preparing basic bar snacks, plus a few other general lodge duties.
- Lodge Hands x2
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and Chef, the 2 lodge hands will be responsible for room changeovers, making daily breakfasts and some snow clearing duties.
