Hi there, have you ever thought about the term staying coachable? Over the past few years I’ve had the opportunity to coach snowboarding around the world. While I studied, competed at international Freeride comps and coached snowboarders/athletes, one aspect never seemed to change… – staying coachable.
When it comes down to one key ingredient it’s the commitment of both the coach and the student to be able to learn and staying open minded to whatever you need to tackle. Coaching’s like a very intriguing liaison, french styled with yummy croissants and empowering coffee, yet also the freedom and endless possibility of roaming into new dimensions – also as a coach, stay guidable.
